What is the difference between a print and an original?

An original piece of artwork has been hand painted by SOYSHEM using acrylic paints on canvas. A print is a digitally reproduced version of an original piece of artwork, printed onto satin.

Can I order custom sized prints?

It is possible to order custom sized prints not offered in the dropdown menu. Please email soyshem_arts@outlook.com with the exact measurements (cm) and the title name of the print you require. This may alter the price of the print depending on the size you request.

We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, and Visa Debit.

How are prints packaged?

Accepted Answer

All A3 and smaller prints are packaged in a bubble wrap A3 envelop, and all prints A2 or larger are packaged in a corrugated cardboard sealed tube.

How are originals packaged?

All original paintings are packaged in layers of bubble wrap inside a corrugated cardboard sealed box.

Can I cancel my order?

Under the consumer protection act you have the right to cancel you order. In order to cancel your order please email soyshem_arts@outlook.com within 24 hours of your purchase. You will receive an email to confirm your order has been cancelled.

If you would like to amend your order, please email soyshem_arts@outlook.com within 24 hours of purchase and we will try our best to accommodate your amended order. You will receive a new confirmation email.

The standard delivery cost for any print delivered within the UK is £3.99.

Yes, we do deliver outside of the UK. The price for prints is £7.99 - For deliveries of originals outside of the U.K is £19.99. For more details please send us an e-mail via the "Contact" page.

Do I have to pay customs import duty and taxes if I am ordering from a country outside of the UK?

For all international orders, please be aware that we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country, nor are we responsible for holding times of packages by customs. The prices stated on our website do not include any relevant custom charges that may occur when purchasing. SOYSHEM will not be held responsible for a customer that has not notified their country’s postal authority of customs and tax. Please familiarise yourself with your country’s custom and tax charges before placing an order via soyshem_arts@outlook.com.

What do I do if my order (to be delivered within the UK) takes more than 10 working days to arrive?

If your order has not arrived within the 10 working days since receiving the confirmation email, please email soyshem_arts@outlook.com for an update on the delivery. Delivery may take longer over festive periods within the year.

Can I refund an order once delivered?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process any refunds following a despatched order unless the order arrives damaged or defected. To request a refund, please email soyshem_arts@outlook.com within 14 days of purchase. We may request images of any faults you may have with your order once received.
