SHIPPING POLICY

All A3 and smaller prints will be packaged in a bubble wrap A3 envelop.

 Prints A2 or larger will be in a corrugated cardboard sealed tube.​

​

All original paintings for sale will be packaged in layers of bubble wrap inside a corrugated cardboard sealed box.

​

Delivery of any Original within the U.K is free of charge. The price for deliveries outside the U.K is £19.99.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

Under the consumer protection act you have the right to cancel you order. In order to cancel an order please email soyshem_arts@outlook.com as soon as possible. You'll receive email confirmation the order has been cancelled.

If you would like to amend or cancel your order, please email soyshem_arts@outlook.com within 24 hours of purchase and we will try our best to accommodate your request. You will receive a new confirmation email.
